John Curran

John Curran is Managing Director of Blue Planet Consulting Limited, where he advises boards and senior business leaders on sustainability and ESG transformation. With over 20 years of experience as a senior leader and non-executive director in the sustainability field, he brings deep expertise in strategy, governance, and large-scale implementation. John currently serves on the Board of Gas Networks Ireland and has previously held senior roles including Head of Sustainability at Musgrave, as well as board positions with Repak Limited and Deposit Return Scheme Ireland CLG. Earlier in his career, he spent 25 years in the oil and gas sector in a range of senior leadership positions.
