Raised on the shores of the Killary Fjord, Shane has spent over two decades driving innovation across the group’s three core brands: Killary Adventure Company, Connemara Adventure Tours and Gaelforce Events.
Under his leadership, the group became one of the first in Ireland to achieve B Corp Certification, reflecting a deep commitment to environmental and social impact. Shane has integrated circular economy principles into large-scale rural operations—from heating and on-site renewables to the reforestation of acres of native woodland.
