Michelle Lee is Head of Innovation and Sustainability at General Paints Group, a certified B Corporation. With over 20 years’ experience in the coatings industry and a background in chemistry and business, she leads ESG strategy across operations, supply chains, product development, and customer engagement. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, Michelle played a key role in achieving B-Corp status in 2024 and embedding sustainable practices company-wide. She now focuses on advancing circular capability and innovation across the business, collaborating across teams, networks, and partnerships to drive long-term value creation.
