Eimear O’Sullivan is the Corporate Affairs Director for Lidl Ireland and Northern Ireland, where she leads sustainability, reputation management, communications and public affairs for Ireland’s fastest-growing retailer. An experienced leader with more than a decade tenure across Lidl’s Irish and US operations, Eimear recently earned a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Development for Business from Trinity College Dublin. She specialises in bridging the gap between commercial growth and social equity, ensuring Lidl remains a purpose-led leader in the Irish market.
